The Midlife Mystic
I spent 27 years in corporate financial services looking like someone who had it together. The title. The salary. The schedule blocked to the minute. I know exactly what it costs to perform a life instead of live one.
For 27 years I worked as a CPA and auditor in financial services. I was good at the job. The kind of good that gets noticed, promoted, rewarded. The office with a view came. The six-figure salary came. The impeccable reputation came.
And at 5AM every morning, getting ready to do it again, I kept running into the same quiet question: Is this it?
I wasn't burned out in a way anyone would recognize. I was present at every meeting, responsive on every thread, reliable in every room. What no one saw was the inside of that — the depletion I'd learned to function through, the version of myself I'd set aside so many years ago I'd stopped noticing she was missing.
The work of coming back to myself didn't happen in a weekend retreat.
It happened in the small, unglamorous choices — what I stopped saying yes to, what I finally let myself need, how I began to trust what I already knew. That process is what PRISM™ is built on.
PRISM™ was not designed in theory. It was built from 27 years inside corporate environments and from the real work of self-restoration — my own, and that of the women I've coached through it.
Personal Restoration & Inner Self Mastery is a system, not a concept. Six principles — clarity, boundaries, time, presence, intuition, and healthy relationships — applied practically to the life you're actually living.
I've watched women who hadn't left work before 7PM in years start blocking their calendars for themselves — and keeping it. I've seen executives who couldn't say no to anything finally hold a boundary without over-explaining it. I've sat with women who'd spent decades proving their worth in output, and watched them stop.
Over 8 weeks, we move through the six PRISM principles in sequence:
We begin where most programs don't — with the relationship you have with yourself. Not a highlight reel of your strengths, not a list of what's broken. An honest look at where you actually are, including how you feel in your body and what it has been trying to tell you. This is the ground everything else is built on.
Here we go beneath the patterns to what's running them. The perfectionism, the over-explaining, the voice that says you're never quite enough — these didn't appear out of nowhere. You'll trace them to their source and start loosening their grip. The critic doesn't disappear. She just stops being in charge.
Forgiveness in this work is precise. It releases you from carrying what was never yours to carry — resentments, old roles, the weight of other people's expectations. Then we meet resistance, the part of you that knows change is coming and braces against it. We don't push past it. We get curious about what it's protecting.
We close with the structures that make the inner work visible in real life. Boundaries that hold without an apology attached. A sense of worth that doesn't recalibrate every time someone else is disappointed. You'll leave with new patterns and the evidence, in your own life, that they're working.
I went from going through the motions to actually feeling present in my own life again. Jozanne doesn't let you stay comfortable in what's familiar. She sees what you can't see about yourself and holds it steady until you can see it too.
PRISM gave me a structure for understanding why I kept overgiving — and a way out of it. For the first time I can see my own needs as legitimate, not as something to manage around everyone else.
I can rest now without the guilt. I didn't think that was possible for me. That alone was worth everything.

Limited to 8 women to keep the work intimate and real
If you've read this far, you already know whether this is for you. You've known for a while that something needs to change — not your strategy, not your output, not your schedule optimization.
The relationship you have with yourself is the thing that reorganizes everything else. PRISM™ is where that work gets done.
I don't take more than 12 women per cohort. The conversations that happen in a room that size are the ones that actually change something.
If you're ready to stop performing and start living the life that's actually yours — I'd like to work with you.
