HI, I’M JOZANNE ELIZABETH JOSEPH — The Midlife Mystic.

I'm an ICF certified (ACC), Self-Restoration coach working with high-achieving women in midlife who have built impressive lives and feel quietly lost inside them.

The women I support are capable and accomplished.
They’ve built the career.
They hold responsibility with competence.
They’re often the ones others rely on.

What makes this work different is when it begins.

I meet women before the breaking point, when success is still intact but self-trust is eroding.

When things still look fine, but no longer feel right.

Before this work, I was one of them.

MBA at 21. CPA at 24. Over 25 years in financial services, audit, finance and executive leadership. I knew how to present myself in boardrooms, at the leadership table, in motherhood, in every room that required me to show up capable and composed. What I didn't know was how to stop. How to rest without guilt. How to make a decision that wasn't filtered through what everyone else needed from me first.

I was the little girl who learned that being good, staying quiet, and doing for others was how I earned love and acceptance. That became the woman who built a career on it. Somewhere between the impressive title and the 5am alarm, I lost the thread back to myself.

The work I do now came from finding that thread again, through an intentional, honest reckoning with the patterns I'd been running on autopilot for decades.

I blend traditional coaching, somatic practice, and intuition to help midlife women recognize those deeper patterns, reconnect with themselves, and begin making choices from their own inner authority rather than obligation, expectation, or fear.

My method is called PRISM™ — Personal Restoration and Inner Self Mastery.

It works at the level of the relationship you have with yourself.

Because when that relationship changes, everything else begins to reorganize.

You begin removing what was never actually you.

If you've spent years delivering for everyone else and can't remember the last time a decision felt easy, or rest came without guilt, or success really felt like yours, this is where that changes.
